Good Things Coming (Part 1 of several)
Sweet Greetings Good People.
It feels poetic to be riding a train through these liminal days of the end of the year.
I once heard these final days of the Gregorian calendar are for being.
Not doing.
Just being —
with
just with.
endings.
Beginnings.
But mostly— the space in-between.
The spirit of Optimism is traveling with me. It continues to feel like an act of rebellion to live with optimism.
Optimism as a verb.
One thing that has pressed on the button of optimism — is that I’m thrilled, delighted, and honored to share that I recently signed on with Sounds True Publishing Company to create a program on story as a tool for healing in 2024.
(More on that below).
While global politics be what they may…
There Are Many Good Things Coming.
There are SO MANY good things coming… that I can’t keep them to myself!
So I’ll be sending a few emails between now and the end of this year with proof: that good things are coming.
For clarity: I’m sharing these things because they thrill and delight…and for no other personal benefit.
1. THE ULTIMATE END OF YEAR REFLECTION GUIDE
A favorite way to end the year is to reflect on what happened, identify the stories I was in, the roles I was playing, and see what wants to be released or enhanced in the step across the threshold. Alumni know that I often send a guide to do this… but Lina just introduced me to THE ULTIMATE REFLECTION & INTENTION GUIDE (The Mayan Edition) with over 250 questions. (WOW).
2. THE UNEXPECTED DELIGHT for lovers of story (and Bees!)
While researching bee shamanism, I was introduced to this hidden treasure of a book, WHAT THE BEES KNOW. While expecting a book on the ancient legends about Bees: I wasn’t expecting a meditation on story and myth itself! This book was written by P.L.Travers, author of Mary Poppins, and is the book that keeps on giving.
3. ReWILDING the SACRED FEMININE Book club & Activation
Andrea Shreeman is a storyteller, producer, and woman whose passion for life is contagious. She’s very inspired to bring you this program, and has put a mountain of thoughtfulness, consideration and passion into it. The program is sure to be wonderful.
Andrea describes the ReWilding course in THIS VIDEO.
Andrea explains, As a cohort we'll explore the results of our at-home reading and exercises, do many of the writing exercises and meditations together, then activate our results with short yoga sessions and blessings that focus on a woman’s most sacred creative center, her womb and pelvic core.
This course is 100% online with an option to attend the activations in person.
