Greetings!
In 30 minutes Marta Maria and I are going to introduce you to a new way of looking at and living in the mythos of your largest story.
INTRODUCTION CLASS
Thursday, May 22nd, 3:30pm PST
One of the most profound parts of my work is witnessing the vast range of life paths—and watching people break free from old stories, ego structures, and flat-out stuckness. There’s a true liberation that emerges when they begin to see their lives as so much larger when they look through the mythic lens.
For a long time, I hesitated to share this out-of-the-box gift. Even though it felt powerful, it also seemed... woo. Seeing into people’s mythic realities through song, story, and chant felt a little too far out there—even for me, at least, at first.
It wasn’t until I studied storied cultures around the world
that I realized this process of storytelling as invocation
isn’t new—or woo.
It’s ancient.
Turns out, I had stumbled into an authentic gift-- this ability to see people’s Soul Stories— and when it is shared-- it can wake and amplify the authentic gifts of others.
Story as Living Transmission
Many Indigenous communities experience storytelling is an act of invocation.
The storyteller doesn’t just tell the myth—they enter it, bringing the reality within the story to life for the listeners.
Among the Zuni people, mythic stories are told during specific seasons and only by authorized storytellers, maintaining the rhythm of sacred time and aligning human activity with the cycles of the land.
In Māori culture, whakapapa (genealogy) is a living mythos that links people not just to human ancestors, but to mountains, rivers, stars, and gods. Reciting whakapapa is to remember one’s place in the cosmic web.
The Yolngu of Australia use songlines—oral maps sung across the land—as a way to retrace the journeys of ancestral beings. Singing these stories reactivates the Dreaming, the mythic source of creation.
In Hawaiian tradition, ‘aumakua are ancestral guardian spirits, often appearing as animals (like sharks or owls). Stories of their deeds, presence, and teachings guide individuals through life and are actively invoked for protection or insight.
Among the Sámi people of northern Europe, the reindeer is both a source of physical sustenance and a mythic being that connects the human and spirit worlds.
So it took me studying the old ways to discover this gateway of story to access more than what meets the eye, and understand ourselves as descendants to ancestors who are there for us in many forms-- when we know them and can call on them.
This old way of storytelling is being remembered and now is the time to return.
When you receive a Soul Story-- this is a glimpse into your mythos where you can see, feel, and name the energetic beings that are living in the story of your soul-- and access the support of that life force -- like you might call your mom or dad.
Today, Marta Maria and I are sharing session 2 of the introduction to the Soul Power Council -- a 6 week initiatory program designed for a small group of individuals ready to express the full breadth of their life force— and walk this path in a dedicated circle of peers—each committed to showing up fully and embodying their authentic power and the expression of their soul.
If you are sitting back saying some day... maybe... or something else that explains why you aren't ready -- this program is not for you. And thats ok. Sometimes we are in the point of rest.
But if you are in the GAME ON! READY! and YES!!! moment and want to surround yourself with other inspired people who want to dig into their Soul Stories and see, feel, and know tangible life changes in the next 6 weeks-- this is what we are here for.
A Break Through.
FOR TODAY'S INTRO COURSE
3:30 PST / 6:30 EST
This is not a storytelling class
This is a journey into the center of the Story of your Soul
PS: I really appreciate your readership— and recognize that many of you come just for the stories— a few months out of the year— I get to ring the bell and share these opportunities to expand your own storytelling. In just a few weeks— we’ll go back to regularly scheduled programming.
… the ancient context is how it all grounds more deeply in our bodies and with ‘our’ ancestors - more please👏🙏
Leah - it’s not just the stories! Please follow your instincts- this is exactly what is needed - this is so important and clearly you are the one to do it so… can’t wait to hear this🙏👏
